רשת 'פרח' היא בית לחינוך והתפתחות לילדים עם צרכים מיוחדים המלווה תינוקות וילדים, שזקוקים למעטפת חינוכית התפתחותית מותאמת לצרכיהם ומעניקה להם במסירות ובמקצועיות את המסגרת החינוכית המתאימה להם.

מאות מוסדות 'פרח' פועלים בערים וישובים רבים ברחבי הארץ. מדובר במעונות יום שיקומיים, גני שפה, גני תקשורת, גני מש"ה, גני חינוך מיוחד, בתי ספר ומסגרות נוספות, המופעלים ע"י הרשת ומעניקים מסגרת חינוכית מקצועית ותומכת לאלפי תינוקות, פעוטות וילדים מאוכלוסיות שונות 

רשת 'פרח' נותנת מענה לילדים ותינוקות הסובלים מלקויות מגוונות: מוגבלות שכלית תסמונות נדירות ומוכרות, בעיות רפואיות, cp, התפתחותית, עיכוב התפתחותי, אוטיזם שונות, ליקויי שפה, קשיים רגשיים או נפשיים, עיכוב התפתחותי על רקע סוציאלי ועוד.

המסגרות מפוקחות ע"י הרשויות השונות, עומדות בתקנים של משרד החינוך, הכלכלה הבריאות והרווחה, וזוכות מהן לשבחים אודות הפעילות המקצועית והמנוסה המתבצעת בשטח.

החזון שלנו ברשת 'פרח' הוא להביא כל ילד למימוש הפוטנציאל האישי שלו, לאפשר לו להתנהל באופן עצמאי בחיי היום יום ולהכשירו לשילוב בקהילה, בתעסוקה ועם שאר בני גילו.
